Powering Futures with Scholarships
This is a transformative initiative by the Shiksha Sankalp Society designed to empower meritorious students, from economically challenged backgrounds who have completed their 12th-grade education. This forward-looking program supports students in accessing quality higher education and building successful professional careers.
Under this scholarship:
- Students enrolled in professional degree programs such as Engineering, MBBS, LLB, and Paramedical courses (e.g., B.Pharmacy, B.Sc. Nursing) at NAAC-accredited institutions (Grade A and above) are eligible to receive 50% of their tuition and 100% of their hostel fees (where applicable).
- Students pursuing other professional streams, including Banking, Financial Services, Mass Media, B.Sc. IT, and B.Sc. Computer Science are also eligible for a fixed annual scholarship of INR 40,000 to support their academic journey.
- The scholarship is renewable annually and it will continue until the chosen course is completed, provided it is finished within the designated time period.
- The student must maintain a minimum academic performance of 70% or its equivalent each year, as per the grading system of their respective program.
- Preference will be given to First-year students beginning their studies in the eligible professional degree courses.
Through this initiative, Shiksha Sankalp Society reaffirms its commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders and changemakers by removing financial barriers to higher education.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, students must meet both of the following criteria:
- Passed 12th grade with at least 85% overall marks, or secured 90 percentile or above in any competitive entrance exam for a professional course.
- Secured admission in an eligible professional degree program (e.g., engineering, medical, or other above specified courses) that falls under the Shiksha Sankalp Scholarship program.

- Annual family income must be less than INR 5.00 Lacs.
Note: Preference will be given to applicants who are the first graduates in their family over those who are the second or third child pursuing graduation.
Mandatory Documents
Students must submit the following mandatory documents along with their application:
- 12th-grade marksheet
- Passport size photograph
- Resume
- Scanned copy of the original Aadhaar
- Fee structure for the course (issued by the college)
- Family Income Certificate, Salary Slip, or IT Return Form**
**Supporting Financial Documents: Submit at least one of the following documents based on your family’s employment status:
- Parents salary/payslip from the employer.
- The payslip must detail the basic salary, all allowances, and deductions.
- The salary/payslip should be certified by the employer and the facilitator.
- A pension statement from the pension authority or an authorized bank showing the gross monthly pension, including any supplementary allowances and before deductions. Also, reasons for retirement.
- Business or Self-Employed: An income certificate issued by any government authority or the income tax return should support the gross family income specified in the application.
- Self-Declared/Affidavit: To be submitted only in cases where formal income documents are unavailable. Acceptance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The selection process is designed to ensure that scholarships are awarded to the most deserving candidates. It includes the following steps:
