To ensure continued funding from SSS, the candidate is required to maintain an A grade consistently. A drop in grades will result in discontinuation of funding.

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria.
First-year students: Only those beginning their studies in the eligible professional degree courses mentioned above can apply.
Recent graduates: Applicants should have passed their qualifying examination (Higher Secondary / Pre-University / Intermediate / CBSE / ISC or equivalent board) after 2023.
The following categories of students are not eligible for these scholarships:
Diploma students admitted to B.E. or B.Tech courses on a lateral basis
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) students
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) students
Students who passed their qualifying examination before 2021.
Annual family income should be less than Rs 3.00 Lacs.
Preference will be given to applicants who are the first graduates in their family over those who are the second or third child pursuing graduation.
A salary/payslip from the employer is mandatory.
The payslip must detail the basic salary, all allowances, and deductions.
The salary/payslip should be certified by the employer and the facilitator.
A pension statement from the pension authority or an authorized bank showing the gross monthly pension, including any supplementary allowances and before deductions, is required.
Reasons for retirement.
Business or Self-Employed: An income certificate issued by any government authority or the income tax return should support the gross family income specified in the application.
